Expanded Metal Lath

Diamond-pattern expanded steel with integral ribs. Traditional choice for stucco and render. Provides strong key for mortar.

  • Ladder reinforcement — Two longitudinal wires with cross wires, placed in horizontal mortar joints. Standard widths: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm.
  • Truss reinforcement — Diagonal cross wires forming truss shape. Greater stiffness for longer spans.
  • Wall ties — Connect cavity wall leaves, typically 3-5mm diameter galvanized wire.
  • Bed joint reinforcement — Continuous mesh in mortar beds over openings and at floor levels.

Edge Protection

Guardrail systems with welded mesh infill panels. Prevents falls and dropped objects. Typically 1.1m height with toe board.

Scaffold Enclosures
