Welded Wire Mesh

Welded wire mesh is made by resistance-welding cross wires into a rigid grid. It comes in rolls (agriculture, fencing) and panels (construction, machine guards, shelving). Anping produces both in galvanized, PVC-coated and stainless steel.

Finishes

What to specify when ordering

  1. Opening (mm) — center-to-center or clear opening, state which
  2. Wire diameter (mm) before coating
  3. Finish and zinc coating weight (g/m²)
  4. Sheet/panel dimensions and edge treatment (flush cut or overhang)
  5. Quantity (sheets or m²) and destination port for FOB quote

FAQ

Roll vs panel — which is cheaper?

Rolls are cheaper per m² (less welding handling) but panels are faster to install and hold shape. For fences over 1.8 m high, panels are standard.

How long does hot-dip galvanizing last outdoors?

With 60 g/m² zinc in a temperate climate, expect 15–20 years before red rust. Coastal or industrial air shortens this significantly — ask for 100+ g/m² or PVC coating.

Typical MOQ?

Stock panels: one bundle (~50–100 panels). Custom size/finish: usually 500+ panels. Anping factories often accept mixed container loads.
